Re-Admit Re-Activate Form

    1. If you attended Molloy more than five years ago, you must resubmit a new application and have your past  
        official transcripts     forwarded to the Admissions Office.
     
    2. If you have attended any colleges since leaving Molloy, please have official copies of these transcripts 
        forwarded to the Admissions Office.  

    3. Each applicant must pay a $40.00 application fee.
